Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to book a session with Ana Silva Stylist! To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both parties, please take a moment to review our booking policies: Location: This service is available for clients living in Brisbane. If you are at a different location, please contact AS Stylist directly via email to organise a quote accordingly. Booking: When making the booking, you will be selecting the date and time for the first part of your package, which is the Colour Analysis + Styling and Wardrobe Consultation. This session will be conducted at your place and will last around 4.5 hours. Part 2: After the first session, we will schedule together a date and time for the shopping experience. When you arrive, the items will be already laid out in fitting rooms in nearby stores, so you don’t have to spend time browsing. This will be our second session and will take place at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. A different location can also be organised with your stylist. We will then head back to your place where we will spend 1 hour together. We will use the new garments to create several outfit combinations using your existing and newly purchased clothes. Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments can be made securely through our online booking system. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details for your session, including any pre-session preparation instructions. Cancellations & Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, bookings need to be cancelled at leats 48 hours before your session. To reschedule your booking, a 24-hours notice is required, and rescheduling will depend on availability. Please email anasilva.stylist@outlook.com.au if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. A refund will not be approved if the notice above is not respected. Pre-Session Preparation: To get the most out of your session, you will be required to follow some simple instructions, including completing a quick 5-minute questionnaire. Detailed guidelines will be provided upon booking. Please follow the instructions to ensure an optimal experience. Extra hours: If by the end of the allocated time you feel like you want to extend the session, that can be arranged depending on the stylist's availability. For each hour added, there will be an additional charge of $80. By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
